The Hereford Masonic Charity Association is an association of Craft lodges, Chapters, and other Masonic bodies in the Province of Herefordshire formed for raising and distributing funds for the following purposes:

• Masonic Charities and other associated funds.
• Assisting in any manner whatsoever, necessitous Freemasons (including serving brethren), their widows and dependent relatives of Freemasons or deceased Freemasons.
• Any other charity which has the approval and recommendation of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Herefordshire.
